The Duke Talent Identification Program (TIP), is seeking instructors for a summer course on entrepreneurial leadership. Duke TIP works with gifted middle and high school students across the country. Information about the program and instructional needs is attached. To summarize (see attached for more details):

The Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP) is seeking instructors to teach Entrepreneurial Leadership courses being offered at both Davidson College (Davidson, NC) and Texas A&M University (College Station, TX) during the summer of 2010.  For Term 1, on-site instructor training begins June 8, and courses begin June 14.  For Term 2, on-site instructor training begins July 8, and courses begin July 12.  Individuals hired into this position will be compensated with a competitive stipend, housing, and meals.

 

The instructor is responsible for designing a course, or using a Duke TIP syllabus, to teach a group of approximately 16-20 academically-gifted middle and high school students. The instructor position requires at least a year of graduate coursework and/or teaching experience with specific emphasis in subject areas related to entrepreneurship.
